You, the organizer
- Sign in with your Fika account
- Scan cards, or find a guest by name and check them in
- Take back a scan made by mistake
- See who came and who has not, as it happens
The Fika mobile app
Scan the QR code on each guest's invitation card and Fika lets them in, counts who has arrived, and stops a card from being used twice. You and your helpers scan from your phones; the website shows who came.

Get Fika on Google Play. The iPhone app is coming soon.
Organizers sign in with their Fika account. Helpers need no account: they type the event's scanning code.
Point the camera at the QR code on a guest's card. Each scan lets one person in, up to the number on the card.
A card is scanned with a phone's camera, so the website does not scan. On the website you see each event's attendance: who came, who has not, and how many people are in. That is also where you make the helpers' scanning code.
